Additional Coverage Options
• Carrot Fertility and Maven/Haven family-building benefits may provide reimbursement or direct coverage for doula support through participating employers.
• Some clients may qualify for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits or Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA).
• Superbills are available upon request for clients wishing to seek possible reimbursement independently through their insurance provider.
