Additional Postpartum Care

Includes an additional 24 hours of in-home daytime postpartum support to provide continued guidance, nourishment, recovery support, and hands-on help throughout the fourth trimester.

Additional Postpartum Support Includes:

• 24 hours of in-home daytime postpartum support, typically scheduled in 3-hour daytime shifts based on your family’s needs

• Emotional support, reassurance, encouragement, and wellbeing check-ins

• Mother-centered care focused on rest, nourishment, recovery, and emotional healing

• Light comfort measures such as calming touch, grounding support, and light oil massage when desired

• Postpartum recovery education and guidance

• Newborn care and newborn adjustment support

• Breastfeeding and feeding support

• Bottle preparation, washing, cleaning, and sterilizing support

• Help with bathing baby, cord care, diapering, soothing, and establishing routines

• Meal preparation, nourishment support, grocery planning, and food shopping assistance

• Light household help including tidying, nursery organization, dishes, and laundry related to baby/postpartum care

• Support with sibling adjustment, education, and transition into life with a new baby

• Personalized recommendations, resources, and referrals as needed
